ROOM 1: THE MINER’S MILLIONS

According to local Erie lore, in the late 1800’s an Erie coal miner discovered gold while working the Eagle Mine. Afraid of looters, he buried his gold stash somewhere in town. Sadly, he was one of the many victims of the 1910 flu that swept through Erie, and he died never having shared the location of his gold with anyone. But in his cabin up in the mountains, he left clues as to the whereabouts of his treasure. You and your friends must explore the miner’s creaky old cabin in the dark, solving his clues by lantern light to find the location of the gold, now worth millions!
ROOM 2: HEIST AT 512
The security guard at Erie Bank hates his job and wants to quit… but before he does, he wants to orchestrate a heist to secure his early retirement. He’s enlisted you and your friends to break into the bank vault and steal a massive diamond and a ton of cold hard cash! The guard’s shift ends in an hour, and his replacement always shows up early, so you have to work quickly…
(Bonus info: Tenletters is located in a 120-year-old bank building, with a real walk-in vault. The bank opened in 1903 and several heists have actually occurred here! We use the vault for “Heist at 512,” so you’re breaking into the real thing!)
ROOM 3: THE PUZZLER’S LAIR
The Puzzler has confounded authorities in Colorado for years, pulling pranks all over the state and never getting caught. In 2012, The Puzzler flavored Boulder Reservoir with maple syrup, making the drinking water taste like pancakes! In 2018, The Puzzler attached “dad joke” banners to the airplanes at Erie Airport! Now The Puzzler is ready to pull the biggest prank ever – on a national, or even international scale. You and your team have found The Puzzler’s high tech hideout, and you’ve figured out how to break in. Now that you’re in, you have to work as a team to disable alarms, hack The Puzzler’s computer, and solve puzzles unlike any you’ve seen… to identify The Puzzler’s next prank and stop it!
