TEAM BUILDERS AT TENLETTERS
Escape rooms make for excellent team builder outings. They’re challenging, they require teamwork and clear communication for victory, and they’re fun! We’ve hosted team builders at Tenletters for local schools like Aspen Ridge and KiddieAcademy, for TopGolf’s hospitality team, for Medtronic engineers, Summit Vision’s team, and many other businesses, all with rave reviews like the above.
When you host your team builder / group outing at Tenletters, we can block all 3 of our rooms – The Miner’s Millions and Heist at 512 and The Puzzler’s Lair – just for you. If your team wants a longer experience, you can book 2 rounds of games, allowing your team members to play one room, then switch places and play another room as well. We run the rooms simultaneously, and you have the option of making it competitive between the rooms if you’d like. For groups who wish to use our lobby space for meeting/socializing between games, we can close the business to outside play during your event, so you have the entire space to yourselves.
The price per player during the week is $29 per player per game, and on weekends (Fri-Sun) it’s $33. For groups of 16 or more, we can provide special group pricing (discounts).
Lastly, we also have a 9-hole mini golf course on property, if you’d like to include that with your event (warm weather dependent)! It’s a fun way for the teams to decompress after the challenge of the escape rooms.
Have a large group – 30, 50, 100 people? No problem! We’ve hosted organizations of 40, 50+ by rotating the group through the rooms in waves of 16-18 players each. We’ll discuss options with you for accommodating your group.
We have a refrigerator and freezer available for keeping food and drinks cold if you want to bring things for your meeting/socializing time (no alcohol allowed). We also have two 8′ folding tables that we can set up in the lobby outside the game rooms. Note, we do not provide any food or beverage, nor any food and beverage supplies. We simply provide the space, the fridge to keep stuff cold, and the tables for the team to gather around. You bring your desired tablecloths, plastic/paper ware, plates, food, drinks, napkins, etc. We will, however, help you with the setup and cleanup, and we’ll take care of trash disposal.
We’re surrounded by fantastic restaurants in Old Town Erie, so consider getting their food to go and bringing it in, or playing our rooms and eating within walking distance, before or after your game(s). We’ve got The Old Mine and Sweets next door to our south, Wapos next door to our north, and Birdhouse, 24 Carrot Bistro, Echo Brewing Co., Azteca Mexican Restaurant, and Piripi a 2-minute walk to the north, along with Blackjack Pizza across the street.

(If you’re planning to have a smaller group for your Team Builder / Group Outing (6 people or fewer), we recommend simply booking a game through our normal booking engine, as a regular group. We can’t block our lobby and other room to the public for a small group event, but we’d love to be part of your team builder outing, so consider booking a game for 6 or fewer, before or after your meal out at one of our fantastic local Erie restaurants.)
